Sachin Gohil

A qualified clinical pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience in delivery of healthcare services within the Private Healthcare industry and the NHS. An accomplished leader, with a proven ability to turn around underperforming teams, deliver complex programs, establish credibility rapidly and influence colleagues and executive leadership alike.

Sachin began his career in the NHS working at one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK where he held a number of clinical specialist and senior leadership roles. Since 2010 Sachin has worked within the private sector providing health systems support to the NHS.

Over his career he has acquired extensive knowledge of the NHS and commissioning, working with a wide range of professionals in multi-disciplinary teams. In his most recent role, he was the subject matter expert for Optum UK on pharmacy and medicines optimization programs.

A passionate advocate for change, he has led complex change processes within multi-provider organizations and systems, acquiring a deep understanding of the needs of patients, communities, staff well-being and their development.
