Veronica Hyatt

Veronica (Shaw) Hyatt has extensive experience in customer success and client engagement, having held significant leadership positions in multiple organizations. Currently, Veronica serves as Vice President of Customer Success at AposHealth. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Client Success at EHE Health, Senior Director of Customer Engagement & Experience at Elior North America, and Vice President of Program Innovation & Engagement at Plus One Health Management, an Optum Company. Veronica also worked as Account Vice President for Goldman Sachs. Veronica holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and completed a leadership program at Thayer Leadership in 2021.
