Donald D'Anna

Donald D'Anna is a seasoned tax and treasury executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax & Treasury at Apotex Inc. since October 2025, D'Anna previously held significant positions including Senior Vice President of Global Tax & Treasury and VP-Global Tax at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2020 to October 2025, and Vice President of Global Tax at Vertiv from October 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities encompassed all global tax matters. Prior experience includes senior roles at Oath, The Carlyle Group, and Archon Group, as well as a foundational career at PwC as a Senior Tax Manager. D'Anna earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
