Mahesh Tapkir

Mahesh Tapkir is an Executive at Apotex Inc. since February 2022, responsible for the clinical assessment of Case Safety Reports and regulatory submissions of medical device incidents in compliance with global standards like FDA and EU MDR. Prior to this role, Mahesh was a Senior Associate at Fidelity Health Services, managing the transmission and compliance of ICSR submissions to regulatory authorities. Mahesh also has extensive experience as a Literature Monitoring professional at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included data capture, clinical assessment of literature for safety reports, and case management. Mahesh holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from PDVVPF College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from DSTS Mandal College of Pharmacy Solapur.
