Yawa Zolome

Yawa Zolome, PharmD, RPh, is a clinical pharmacist currently employed at Apothecare Pharmacy, LLC since January 2024, where responsibilities include accurate dispensing of medications, patient education, clinical decision support, and supervision of pharmacy staff.
