Cynthia Jones

Cynthia Jones is an experienced professional in educational support and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Support and Operations at App Academy since June 2024. Prior to this role, Cynthia held multiple positions at BloomTech, including Director of Customer Experience Operations and Systems and Support Operations Manager from October 2021 to June 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Academic Advising Operations Manager and Associate Director of Academic Advising at American Intercontinental University, and District Program Manager at DeKalb County School District. Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked at Georgia Cyber Academy and Portland Community College in various roles focused on academic support and student engagement. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution.
