Glenn Susz

Glenn Susz has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Glenn started their career in 1986 at UBS O'Connor as a Manager, where they reported to the CIO and was responsible for strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and staff allocation. In 1990, they co-founded Sterling Software Services and worked as a Principal Consultant, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and support of Internet-based commerce projects. Glenn also conducted training sessions and sales presentations. From 2000 to 2007, Glenn worked at CSS Services as a Lead Consultant, and from 2007 to 2008, they were an Engagement Consultant at Five9 Technologies. Since 2008, they have been working at APP Design, Inc. as an Engagement & Project Manager, where they identify new business opportunities, manages projects, and provides pre-sales and post-sales support.

Glenn Susz attended the University of Illinois Chicago and studied Information Technology. Glenn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at American InterContinental University. In addition to their degrees, Glenn also obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and Scrum Master, although the details of when and where they obtained these certifications are unknown.
