Aleksandrs Nosovs has over 15 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2004, they began their career as a PR Manager at the National Concert Academy. In 2005, they took on the role of PR Manager at Arbatek Hosting Company. In 2006, they were a Promotions Manager at RESTEC Group of Companies. From 2007 to 2010, they were a PR Manager at Apteka Raduga, where they managed federal PR managers, developed the company website and newspaper, and conducted advertising campaigns. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Head of Customer Experience and Social Media Marketing Manager at Aviasales / Jetradar, where they built a customer experience and support system from scratch, created a platform for direct communication between travel agencies and customers, and increased ROI from social media marketing. In 2017, they became the CEO of MyMusic.Travel, a platform designed for music fans to discover events and book full experiences. In 2018, they were a Business Development Advisor at Bandtraq and Head of Customer Success and Communications at App in the Air, Inc., where they developed a closed community concept and loyalty program.

Aleksandrs Nosovs obtained an Engineer's Degree from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in 2012, where they studied Computers, complexes, systems and networks. Aleksandrs also earned a Master's Degree from Nevsky Institute of Language and Culture in 2006, where they studied Public Relations/Image Management. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
