Appalachian Mountain Club
Ed Belove has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and technology consulting, currently serving on the Board of Advisors for the Appalachian Mountain Club since June 2001, promoting conservation in the Appalachian region. As a Board Member of Winter Walk from August 2017 to September 2025, Ed contributes to efforts aimed at combating homelessness. Additional board roles include the Cambridge Public Library Foundation and Project Place, both dedicated to community support and workforce development. Ed has a background in technology and business, having held executive positions at Catalyst and KnowledgeVision and served as a partner in Walnut Ventures. Ed's early career includes consulting roles at Idealab and Interval Research. Ed holds a degree from Harvard University.
