Vern Oakley

Vern Oakley is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in film, communication, and leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors at Mountain View Group, Oakley has been the founder and CEO of Tribe Pictures since 1986, where the focus is on using film to cultivate high-performance cultures for Global 1000 companies. As a best-selling author, Oakley's book "Leadership in Focus - Bringing Out Your Best On-Camera" is recommended by Seth Godin and serves as a key resource for authentic on-camera presentations. With over 30 years as a speaker, Oakley has delivered presentations on video corporate communications and leadership at notable conferences. Additionally, Oakley served as an adjunct professor at Baruch College, teaching courses on strategic storytelling through video.
