Megan Robinson is an experienced program manager and project director with a strong background in workforce development and educational initiatives. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Workforce & Technical Assistance at the Appalachian Regional Commission since September 2021, Megan facilitates community development within the Appalachian region through project implementation and strategic policy development. Prior roles include serving as the Project Director for Apprenticeships and Workforce Development at Argentum, overseeing a healthcare apprenticeship program, and as Director of Program Investments and Partnerships at Communities In Schools, managing significant federally funded education initiatives. Earlier experience includes coordinating community efforts in Virginia Beach and managing grants for Opportunity Inc. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College.
