Amber Taylor has a strong background in wellness and fitness, currently serving as an Employee Wellness Specialist at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System since June 2015. In this role, Amber manages operational tasks for wellness programs, including data analysis, appointment coordination, and participant record maintenance. Previous experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at Appalachian State University and roles in fitness instruction, where Amber educated participants on safe exercise practices and developed engaging routines. Amber holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from Winston-Salem State University.
