Heidi Hackney

Heidi Hackney, MS, PCC, BCC, serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Autistic Voice Over Artists (AVA), a non-profit organization focused on empowering autistic adults through voiceover training and projects. As a certified professional coach, Heidi leads multiple coaching initiatives, including Dreamreach, LLC, and Boon Health, and contributes as a mentor coach and faculty member at the Youth Coaching Institute, LLC. With a background in leadership coaching at Caramore Community Inc. and experience instructing skiing at Appalachian Ski Mountain, Heidi is also an adjunct instructor at Louisiana State University. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stetson University.
