Genesa Garbarino

Genesa Garbarino is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in brand storytelling and strategic communications. As the Founder of Garbo Communications since January 2023, Genesa specializes in storytelling and thought leadership for brands that influence the human experience. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and as the Owner of Pure Barre Encino, Genesa previously held significant roles including Executive Vice President at Rogers & Cowan, where major brands like Audi of America and Microsoft were supported through comprehensive communications strategies. Additional roles include Senior Vice President at PMK*BNC, Account Manager at Maloney & Fox, PR Manager at American Greetings, and Senior Account Executive at Margie Korshak, Inc. Genesa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, along with Philosophy, from the University of Illinois Chicago.
