Stephanie McKee has over 25 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. Stephanie is currently working at Apparo as the Chief Technology Thought Partner, where they provide technology consulting and solutions to nonprofits in the Charlotte metro area. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Technology Engagements at Apparo for eight years, where they built and maintained long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners.

Before joining Apparo, Stephanie founded their own technology consulting firm, The Cone Group, where they provided IT solutions to small and mid-size companies. Stephanie handled hardware and software procurement, installation, configuration, and administration.

Stephanie also worked as a Technology Business Consultant at Ertel Construction, where they provided outsourced IT support and network administration for the company's two locations. Additionally, they worked as a Network Administrator and Technology Consultant at Rea Contracting LLC, where they implemented and managed a 250 node Microsoft Windows network infrastructure.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Systems Support Analyst at Unifi, Inc., where they provided second and third level support for over 300 end-users. Stephanie also administered Novell servers, SMS, MS-Mail, Oracle, UNIX, and Windows NT platforms, and conducted training on Oracle Purchasing and Microsoft products.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in technology consulting, network administration, hardware and software procurement, and providing technical support to end-users.

Stephanie McKee began their education journey in 1986, attending Brevard College. Stephanie studied Liberal Arts until 1988. Stephanie then pursued higher education at Appalachian State University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
