Robert Beausire

Robert Beausire has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert started their career at Trio's Italian Pasta Co. as a Quality Assurance Manager in 1988 and then moved on to Rich Products Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Food Scientist from 1990 to 1997.

In 1997, Beausire joined Glanbia Nutritionals - Ingredient Technologies and held various roles, including Technical Sales Manager, Director of Technical Sales, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Business Development & Marketing. Robert worked with Glanbia Nutritionals until 2014.

Beausire then joined Dairyvative Technologies, Inc. in 2015 as a Member of the Board of Directors until 2019. In the same year, they became an Independent Agent at MICREOS, where they provided business development services in the US market.

In 2017, Beausire took on the role of V.P. Business Development at Zea10 LLC, guiding the commercialization journey of a novel barley protein isolate. Robert also worked as an Independent Agent at MICREOS during this time.

In 2020, Beausire joined Apparo Inc. as V.P. Product Strategy and Co-Founder. Their role involves developing and commercializing sustainable sunflower proteins and other nutrients through their Total Crop Utilization process.

Currently, Beausire is the President of KaiNutra LLC, a position they have held since 2014.

Robert Beausire completed their education in a chronological order. Robert first attended Massey University from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Food Technology. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1986 to 1988, specializing in Food Systems Management. In 2004, Robert also completed the Strategic Leadership Development Program at the Irish Management Institute.
