Elaine Arnold

Director of Enterprise Customer Success at AppCard

Elaine Arnold has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 with a Sales Associate role at Abercrombie & Fitch. In 2013, they held two internships, one in Marketing at Event Mecca, and the other in Marketing at Architectural Beauty. That same year, they worked as a Lifeguard at Graydon Pool, where they were responsible for pool maintenance, cleaning, and water testing. In 2014, they worked as a Student Researcher at Siena College, and as a Brand Ambassador at The Next Step Realty. In 2015, they began working at Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee, and at AppCard, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Elaine then moved up to Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Leader, and finally Director of Enterprise Customer Success.

Elaine Arnold obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from Siena College between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Ridgewood High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from the American Red Cross: Lifeguarding/ First Aid/ CPR/ AED in July 2012, and Waterfront Lifeguarding in June 2013.
