Kristi Sampson

Kristi Sampson started their work experience in 2008 at C&S Wholesale Grocers. Kristi initially held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst for two years before transitioning to being a Project Manager in Sales and Marketing. From 2011 to 2013, they became the Director of Independent Sales & Marketing.

In 2013, Sampson moved into the Human Resources field, joining C&S Wholesale Grocers' HR department. Kristi started as the Director of HR Process Improvement and held this role until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources Operations.

Sampson then advanced to become the Director of HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2021. Kristi continued their growth within the company, taking on the role of Senior Director of HR Business Partner in 2021 until early 2022.

As of February 2022, Sampson joined Appcast, Inc as the Senior Vice President of People, where they currently hold their position.

Kristi Sampson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education at Dartmouth College from 2001 to 2005. In April 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
