Ayelet Knoll is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as VP People at Appcharge since June 2025, Ayelet previously held several senior roles at Valmont Industries, Inc., including VP of HR & Culture and HR Director at Prospera Technologies, where significant company growth occurred following Valmont's acquisition. With a background that includes HR and talent acquisition roles at Yotpo and Marvell Israel Ltd., as well as experience in occupational diagnostics and research at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Ayelet holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior.
