Nathalie Brugeas has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nathalie began their career at Bouygues Telecom as a Business Partner Project Manager in 1997. Nathalie then joined ATS ORA as a Regional Sales and Distribution Manager from 1999 to 2000. After that, they worked at Dolphin Telecom as the Marketing Training Products and Services for Sales from 2001 to 2002.
In 2002, Nathalie Brugeas joined Orange labs - Explocentre - France Telecom, where they held multiple roles. Nathalie served as the All Access Multimedia Program Manager from 2002 to 2004, the Directory Enquiries Marketing and Commercial Strategy Manager from 2004 to 2005, and the Director of Innovation Projects from 2005 to 2010.
Following their tenure at Orange labs, they joined Orange Dominicana in 2011 as the Head of Customer Testing Center and Business Simulation. Their responsibilities included creating the Customer Testing Center and overseeing the Business Simulation activity.
In 2012, Nathalie Brugeas became a Business Angel for Maison Vendôme and stayed in that role until 2015. During this time, they also served as the Deputy Director for Orange User Interface Strategic & Executive Program from 2011 to 2013.
In 2014, they held the role of VP Governance & Coordination of Country Relations for Innovation Marketing Technologies at Orange. Subsequently, they became the Experiential Ecosystem Director from 2014 to 2017. Nathalie then transitioned to the role of Insights & Business Innovation Opportunities Vice President from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Orange Innovation Strategy Support, starting in 2019.
In addition to their career at Orange, Nathalie Brugeas has also been involved with other organizations. Nathalie became a Business Angel for Choose SAS in 2015, libheros in 2016, and Belle Gnôle par Côquetelers in 2021.
Nathalie Brugeas has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) where they studied law until 1995. Following this, they enrolled at UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in IUP Management et Gestion des Entreprises. In 2010, they attended Mediat Coaching for an unspecified program. In 2019, Nathalie participated in the Orange Key Leadership Program at INSEAD. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained an executive short certificate in "Business Innovation for a Sustainable Environment" from HEC Paris.
