Alan Carlos Viera

Alan Carlos Viera is an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in backend systems, RESTful API development, and Agile methodologies. Currently employed at AppDirect since January 2022, Alan has contributed to architectural discussions and CI/CD processes. Prior to that, Alan worked at Navent in various roles, including Java Developer and Data Scientist, where responsibilities included deploying bug fixes, monitoring cloud performance, and collaborating with product owners. Alan's career began as a Business Analyst in organizations such as Conexia SA, Codamation, and Telecom Argentina, focusing on defining requirements, designing functional documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing. Alan holds a Master in Data Mining & Knowledge Discovery from the University of Buenos Aires and an Engineer’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
