Csilla Kiss

Csilla Kiss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client partnership, customer success, and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at AppDirect since January 2020, previous roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to AppDirect, Csilla worked at Origami Logic from October 2017 to December 2019 as a Senior Account Manager and Lead Implementation Consultant. A significant tenure at Procter & Gamble from June 2007 to October 2017 included roles as Solutions (Product) Manager, where Csilla developed a global Search Insights product and led strategic revenue management initiatives for over 500 country/category combinations. Additional experience includes Service Desk Team Leader roles at CEMEX and EDS Group. Csilla holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from Central European University, a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Tourism from Budapest Business School.
