Ugiriwabo Isaac

UGIRIWABO Isaac is a Public Financial Management Specialist at the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA) since July 2019 and also serves as the Accountant in charge of Budget at NECDP since May 2018, where responsibilities include budget preparation and execution as well as following up on payment orders. Isaac has a diverse background in education and finance, having held positions as an Internal Auditor and Branch Manager at Umwalimu Sacco until the job contract was terminated, as well as teaching roles at various institutions including APPEK, REMERA Catholic 2, and Saint Joseph Primary School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Amity University and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from both the Kigali Institute of Education and the University of Rwanda.
