Kim Stagg has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as the General Manager of Software for Europe at ESI Limited, where they were responsible for building the software business and leading product and engineering teams. In 2005, they founded their own startup company called ESI, where they developed commercial software products and provided professional services. From 2008 to 2018, they held various roles at iEHS (Antea Group Company), including Chief Product Officer, where they set the overall product vision and strategy. In 2018, they joined Antea Group as the Chief Technology Officer & VP of Product, overseeing product, technology, and innovation. They also chaired the Information Security Committee at Inogen Alliance from 2020 to 2022, where they defined the global cybersecurity framework.
