Shay Raviv has over 10 years of work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. In 2010, they began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Biopharmax. In 2011, they moved to HP, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2012, they began working at Endospan as an R&D Engineer, where they were responsible for designing stents, delivery system catheters, Nitinol Heat Jigs, machines for technicians, and the production line. In 2015, they moved to MValve Technologies Ltd, where they worked as an R&D Engineer. In 2016, they moved to Nano Dimension, where they worked as an R&D Engineer with an extensive knowledge and practical experience of leading multidisciplinary projects, developing products starting from an early concept up to a successful phisible product. In 2018, they moved to Append Medical Ltd as a Mechanical Team Leader. Currently, they are working at Append Medical as a Research and Development Manager.

Shay Raviv completed a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2012. In 2016, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Management Information Systems, General from Bar-Ilan University in 2018.
