Alicia N. Hepler, CPTD, serves as the Global Director of Learning Experience at Appfire, an Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner, since May 2022. Prior experience includes leading a remote training team at RSI and overseeing the Learning and Development department at PlanSource, where significant organizational transformations were implemented. Alicia has also held roles at TalentKeepers, Addition Financial, and Walt Disney World, where training and development strategies were enhanced to improve employee engagement and performance. Alicia's educational background includes a BA in Corporate Communication from Seton Hill University and further studies at the University of Central Florida.
