Principal Product Manager, Purchase Experience at Appfire

Jacqueline Minkler has a diverse background in product management and design. Jacqueline recently joined Appfire as a Principal Product Manager, focusing on the purchase experience. Prior to that, they worked at SKAEL, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where they led strategic initiatives in telemetry, customer onboarding, and new business verticals before the company shut down. Jacqueline also held the role of Staff Product Manager at Genesys, where they led the redesign effort for their customer-facing Advanced Analytics Platform and managed customer communications and feature implementations. Jacqueline served as the Director of Product Management at Conduent, overseeing the roadmap and managing a team for the Legal Compliance and Analytics business unit. Jacqueline also worked at new|ed® as a Product Manager, driving sales and client base expansion, and at Kennason LLC as a Co-Founder and Partner, helping startups with design and development. Other experiences include Product Manager roles at Local Bushel and Priceline.com, as well as holding Product Manager and UX Designer positions at Apprenda. Jacqueline began their career as a User Experience Designer at Bright Hub.

Jacqueline Minkler holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication Design, which they obtained from the University of Hartford in the period of 2005 to 2009. Jacqueline later pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London starting in 2017. As for their high school education, they attended Guilderland High School from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Jacqueline has obtained two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, namely the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in September 2018 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) also in September 2018.
