Kendall Patton

Kendall Patton is a skilled content marketing specialist currently employed at AppFolio since July 2025, focusing on the development of content to educate agents and clients about the company's services. In addition to this role, Kendall serves as a remote writer and content marketer for Point Loma Nazarene University, where storytelling around alumni and former student athletes is prioritized. Previous experience includes a diverse background in student-athlete development and social media coordination at Pepperdine University, as well as an internship in entertainment journalism at The San Diego Union Tribune. Kendall holds a Master’s of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
