Nayara Lima has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 with their role as a Journalist for the Baleia Hospital Journal. Nayara then worked as a Fuzarka Program Monitor for the Newton Paiva Cultural Institute Ltda, where they gained experience in TV presentations, production, and monitoring.

In 2013, Nayara worked as a Freelancer Journalist for the Classic Seguros - Bem Viver Mulher Blog, creating articles and video interviews for the feminine public. Nayara also has experience in the Wordpress platform.

From 2015 to 2015, Nayara worked as a Freelancer Journalist for the Braris Blog, creating articles about tourism in Paris, France, as well as guides and tips for routes in Europe.

In 2016, Nayara started working as a Freelancer in Communication and Translation for Freelancer.com, completing tasks such as content creation, translation, e-book design, and audio transcriptions.

In 2017, Nayara became the co-founder of Trevo de Papel, where they were involved in product development, media file creation, and support in management and administration.

From 2019 to 2019, Nayara worked as a Partner for Friends & Hostels, where they were responsible for logo creation, branding, marketing, and social media. Nayara also handled guest reception, check-in and check-out, customer support, and hotel management software configuration.

From 2019 to 2023, Nayara worked at Rock Content, initially as an Assistant Customer Success Specialist, then as an Onboarding Analyst, Customer Onboarding Specialist, and finally as a Global Customer Success Manager. Their roles involved managing customer relationships, onboarding new clients, and providing support and guidance.

Currently, Nayara works as a Customer Success Manager at AppFollow, starting in 2023.

Nayara Lima attended Centro Universitário Newton Paiva from the year 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Social Communication - Journalism. In 2011, they enrolled in the Voiceover Course at Beth Seixas Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Nayara Lima has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
