Vera Terengina

Vera Terengina has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at AppFollow since February 2018. Prior to this role, Vera held the position of Customer Support Manager at AppFollow and worked as a Project Manager at Morizo Digital from April 2017 to January 2018. Vera's earlier experience includes training newcomers as a Support Team Trainer and serving as a Customer Support Representative at Платформа LP from March 2016 to March 2017. Additionally, Vera contributed to Mail.ru Group from June 2011 to March 2016, advancing from a Customer Support Representative to the position of Customer Support Lead for mobile applications.
