Carlos Mario Sanchez Alvarez is an experienced professional in customer solutions and incident management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Solutions Engineer for LATAM at AppGate since March 2016. In this role, Carlos leads a team focused on monitoring and resolving client incidents to ensure service availability across Latin America. Previously, Carlos held a senior position at Easy Solutions Inc, where leadership of the support team for the DetectID application at Bancolombia was key. With prior experience as a BPM IBM Consultant at Vc Soft Inc and as an Energy and Utilities Consultant at Indra, Carlos has consistently applied SCRUM methodologies to develop solutions and prioritize requirements. Carlos holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, obtained between 2001 and 2010.
