Lars Kajes

Lars Kajes is a software engineer currently employed at Appgate since August 2021. Prior to this role, Lars worked at IUS innovation AB from November 2017 to August 2021 as a system developer, initially focusing on backend development in PHP and later transitioning to Java and Kubernetes, with responsibilities in DevOps and IT infrastructure. Earlier experiences include working as an IT consultant at Elicit AB, where Lars managed projects for WordPress plugins, and several journalism roles, including as a reporter for Computer Sweden and Techworld, as well as serving as an editor and founder of a local news site, Pyttenytt. Lars holds a professional degree in web development from Yrgo and master's and bachelor's degrees in journalism and political science, respectively, from the University of Gothenburg.
