Ricardo Elena, EMBA, serves as the Director of Operations at AppGate since January 2020, leading the deployment of the AppGate SDP cybersecurity solution across the US and LATAM, with a focus on strategic planning and performance optimization. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Cyxtera Technologies, where Ricardo held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations, and was instrumental in developing a Total Fraud Protection Framework and implementing automated threat detection. Earlier career stages featured positions at GBM and Intelector S.A de C.V., specializing in security solutions and open-source technologies. Ricardo holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a degree in computer science from Universidad Don Bosco.
