Damien Bryant

Damien Bryant is the Director of Processing and Metallurgy at Appian Capital Advisory. Damien has over ten years of experience in the mining industry, having previously worked as a Metallurgy Superintendent and Concentrator Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the processing plant and ensuring that KPIs are met. Damien also works with the mining and geology departments to develop feed blend strategies and provides technical reports to senior management. Damien is committed to safety and environmental compliance and has a strong track record of successful budget management.

Damien Bryant completed a Bachelor of Extractive Metallurgy at Murdoch University, followed by a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Applied and Analytical Chemistry at Edith Cowan University.
