David Allison

David Allison is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in operations, project management, and technical support across multiple countries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Appian Capital Advisory LLP since June 2023, David previously held roles including Mining Risk Engineer at WTW and Group Mining Engineer at Lundin Mining Corporation, where technical support was provided to mines in regions such as Portugal, Sweden, and Chile. David's earlier experience encompasses significant positions at Golder Associates UK Limited and Rio Tinto, focusing on project management, geotechnical engineering, and the development of innovative mining technologies. David holds a B Eng (Hons) in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines and a PhD in Rock Mechanics from the University of Exeter.
