Courtney Connolly

Courtney Connolly is the current Head of People & Culture for Appian in the APJ region. Prior to joining Appian, Courtney spent two years with Accenture as a Partner in University Talent Acquisition. In this role, Courtney was responsible for sourcing, pre-qualifying and interviewing entry-level candidates for positions in systems integration and technology consulting. Courtney also built relationships with college faculty and student organizations and led Accenture's entry level recruiting efforts at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. In addition to their recruiting responsibilities, Courtney also co-led Accenture's summer internship program and advised over 30 interns on their career development.

Courtney Connolly has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, as well as Dance, from Penn State University. Courtney also has a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
