Meghan Carpenter is the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Appian. Meghan has over eight years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including previous positions at Evolent Health and CoStar Group.

Meghan has a passion for finding the best talent and helping them find their dream jobs. Meghan works closely with teams across the US to ensure that they have the best possible candidates for their open positions.

In their free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with their family and friends, cooking, and traveling.

Meghan Carpenter has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from George Mason University. Meghan also has certification from The Adler Group in Performance-based Hiring for Recruiters and from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Additionally, they have certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Meghan Carpenter and from SHRM in PHR.
