Appiphony, (www.appiphony.com) builds user centric SaaS applications for the Salesforce AppExchange. Our suite of apps (which can be explored on our 'Apps' page), is designed to seamlessly integrate leading services such as Google Drive, DocuSign and OpenAI into a customer’s Salesforce environment.

As a Junior Partnership Manager, you will be immersed in our partnership efforts within the Salesforce ISV ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our business presence and creating strategic alliances with Salesforce Account Executives (AE), Sales Engineers (SE), and System Integrators (SI) to drive business growth and customer success. Your proactive approach, coupled with a foundational knowledge in sales and passion for technology solutions, will be fundamental to fostering our partnership networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with Salesforce AE/SE's and SI's to build synergistic partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to communicate partner strategies and create aligned go-to-market plans.
  • Sales Support: Assist in driving sales opportunities by coordinating with Salesforce reps and engaging in joint-selling activities.
  • Partner Engagement: Engage with partners through regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and ensure the satisfaction and success of existing partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of each partnership to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor alliance strategies, and market opportunities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Training and Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources of [Your Company Name]’s offerings by coordinating training and enablement sessions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extreme sense of ownership

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Some background in sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
