Justin Thornton

Justin Thornton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of App Maintenance at Appiphony since May 2017. In this role, Justin oversees the maintenance of applications built for independent software vendors on the Salesforce AppExchange, managing a team of developers and QA personnel. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager, where Justin trained clients on Salesforce tools, and as a Quality Analyst, testing software in collaboration with development teams. Additional experience includes instructing math and coding at Sylvan Learning Centers, supporting national sales at Paylocity, and various positions at Northwestern Mutual, including a licensed insurance producer. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Black World Studies from Dominican University.
