Rafael Castino Florio has been working in the field of journalism since 2016. Rafael began their career as a Reporter and Director of Human Resources for Jornalismo Júnior. In 2017, they became an Intern at Jornal da USP and a Collaborator at Revista BEAT. In 2018, they were appointed as the Community Engagement Manager at Appito.

Rafael Castino Florio completed their Graduação in Jornalismo at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2016 to 2020. Rafael then attended Gama Academy in 2020 for a Customer Success program. In April 2022, they obtained a Customer Experience Management certification from FIAP, and in November 2022, they obtained a Meta Certified Community Manager certification from Meta.
