César Bendeck

Cesar Bendeck serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Applaudo, a prominent nearshore outsourcing software development company in El Salvador, overseeing a workforce of over a thousand employees across more than 30 locations. Prior to this role, Cesar held significant positions including Regional Managing Director at Starbucks, Site Director at Convergys, and General Manager at Diaco, where responsibilities included legal representation and resource management across Central America. Earlier experience includes managing Dell's technical support operations and servicing various roles at Dell, coupled with an MBA from Universidad Europea del Atlántico and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de El Salvador.
