Brandi Johnson

Brandi Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandi started their career at Care.com as a Nanny/Caregiver, providing comprehensive childcare duties for two children. Brandi then transitioned to Kenmore Smiles Family Dentistry, where they served as an Office Manager. In this role, they managed cross-functional teams, built professional relationships, and implemented strategies for office revenue and growth. Following this, Brandi worked at AnswerLab as a Research Recruiting Coordinator and later as a UX Strategy Analyst. Currently, they are employed as a UX Research Program Coordinator at Applause.

Brandi Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Eastern Washington University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they attended General Assembly Seattle and obtained a User Experience Design Certificate, focusing on UX Design and Research. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued General Studies and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Cascadia College. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Brandi has also obtained additional certifications such as "Exploring Unconscious Bias with Vernā Myers" from The Vernā Myers Company (TVMC) in July 2023, and "The Eight Essential People Skills for Project Management (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
