Gustavo Bicalho

Gustavo Bicalho has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Gustavo began their career as an Auxiliar Técnico (Controle de Qualidade) at DELP ENGENHARIA MECÂNICA in 2014, where they executed reports and assisted with welding inspections. Gustavo then worked as an Estagiário de Engenharia Mecânica (Manutenção) at MBV/MARTINS LANNA - Tecnologia em Areia e Brita from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Gustavo joined AETHRA GROUP - Automotive Systems as an Estagiário de Engenharia Mecânica (Qualidade), where they gained experience in quality control and implemented various quality tools and methodologies. From 2018, they worked as a Software QA Tester at uTest, gaining exposure to testing websites, mobile applications, and other platforms.

Gustavo then joined Plascar in 2020 as an Estagiário de vendas, where they were involved in sales activities and managed tracking spreadsheets. Lastly, they currently work at Applause, initially starting as a Test Team Lead in 2021 and subsequently transitioning to the role of Test Engineer I and later Test Engineer II. In their role at Applause, Gustavo is responsible for ensuring quality results by coordinating with testers and validating issues and test cases.

Gustavo Bicalho has a comprehensive education history in the field of Engineering. Gustavo started their educational journey in 2011 by pursuing Aprendizagem em Caldeiraria at Senai Alvimar Carneiro de Rezende, where they studied mechanics. Following that, in 2012, they moved on to Senai Alvimar Carneiro de Rezende to complete a Técnico em Mecânica, continuing their study of mechanics.

Gustavo then advanced their academic pursuits by enrolling at PUC Minas, where they pursued a Bacharelado em Engenharia with a specialization in Engenharia Mecânica. Gustavo spent a significant amount of time there, completing their degree in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Gustavo has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they completed the Treinamento Educação Ambiental and the Treinamento para atividades em superfície, both at Mineração Bela Vista.
