Senior UX Researcher at Applause

Miriam Ross-Hirsch has a strong background in User Experience (UX) Research and has held various senior roles throughout their career. Miriam most recently worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Applause starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a UX Researcher III (Senior) at Verizon from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Senior UX Researcher at GameStop. Miriam also gained experience as a Lead UX Researcher at Aquent Scout from 2020 to 2021 and as a User Experience Researcher at Chewy from 2019 to 2020. Before transitioning to UX Research, Miriam worked in the academic sector as an Assistant Director & Research Program Manager at Hillel at Washington University in St. Louis from 2013 to 2019. Miriam began their career as a Graphic Design & Marketing Intern at Tufts Hillel in 2012.

Miriam Ross-Hirsch holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology & Art from Tufts University. In November 2020, they also obtained a UX Certificate with a specialty in Research from the Nielsen Norman Group.
