Shaun Foreman has a diverse work experience in the field of accessibility. Shaun started their career at Microsoft in 1995 as a Test Manager, where they led a team of testers and focused on web Accessibility compliance. During their time at Microsoft, they designed tools to automate Accessibility testing and general web testing. In 2015, they joined Lionbridge as a Global Program Manager in Test for a brief period before moving to HCL Technologies. At HCL Technologies, Shaun worked as a Group Program Manager of Accessibility, where they created teams and infrastructure to test Accessibility compliance on multiple platforms. Shaun defined processes for testing WCAG and 508 standards and facilitated AT testing and Accessibility Usability studies. Shaun was responsible for managing multiple large projects and expanding the team to meet the growing demand for Accessibility compliance. In 2021, Shaun joined Applause as the Accessibility Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of Principal PM of Accessibility in 2022.

Shaun Foreman attended DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they also completed their high school education at Issaquah High School, where they studied General Studies.
