Stephanie T. Shaw

As part of the team since 2002, Stephanie makes sure we’re as efficient and effective in our operations as possible. This involves working with general managers to ensure operations are in sync with company procedures, as well as working with regional hiring managers to analyze location operational statuses (like drivers, routes, and bus movements) and make sure everyone and everything is properly prepared. She oversees operational tasks in our border region states (like Alaska, Michigan, and Texas) and also helps in our home region as needed.
