Jennifer DiFranco

Jennifer DiFranco is the Senior Director of Talent. She specializes in employee development and succession planning. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM). From 2013 - 2017, she was an Advisory Board Member for the National Kidney Foundation - Cleveland Chapter. She's a 2018 graduate of Cleveland Bridge Builders, and currently volunteers with Lifebanc as a community outreach and development committee member.
