Anderson Hernandez, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Anderson started their career at Verizon in 1997 as a Manager of Operations, where they acquired valuable skills in operations management. After their tenure at Verizon, they joined Americatel Corporation/Startec Global Communications in 2004 as a Sr. Director of Sales & Customer Service, where they were responsible for overseeing acquisition channels and call center operations. Anderson then moved on to Convergia in 2009 as the Director of US Commercial Sales, where they surpassed sales and revenue goals by designing effective product, marketing, and sales strategies. In 2012, Anderson joined Telefónica, where they held various leadership roles within the B2B sales organization, leading global account managers and driving revenue growth. Most recently, Anderson serves as the SVP Contact Centers & Operations at Apple Leisure Group, a position they assumed in 2020.

Anderson Hernandez, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Florida International University from 2013 to 2014. Anderson also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidad APEC, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Colombia in 2019, and various online certifications from Stanford Online in 2023, focusing on topics such as crowdsourcing, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
