Eduardo Obeso

Eduardo Obeso has over 30 years of experience in IT and project management. Currently, they are the IT Director at Apple Leisure Group since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate IT Director at Nexus Tours from 2015 to 2016, where they provided strategic direction for IT and supported business operations across multiple countries. From 2004 to 2015, they served as the IT Manager at Terramar Los Cabos DMC, implementing IT strategies and infrastructure to support company growth. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager/Partner at ITR Communications from 1999 to 2003, overseeing telecommunications and IT projects. Eduardo also held the position of IT Manager at Palmilla Golf Club and Resort from 1997 to 1999, where they improved network data flow and supported various software systems. Eduardo started their career at Michel y Asociados, S.C. as an IT/CAD Manager, supporting users and implementing animation technology from 1992 to 1996. Eduardo began their professional journey at CompuSoluciones in 1990 as a Support Engineer, providing assistance and training for AutoCAD implementations.

Eduardo Obeso has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Guadalajara, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. In addition to this, they have attended several certification and training programs, including ITIL V3 Fundamentals from Pink Elephant in 2010, Microsoft Dynamics Navision 3.70 from Sistemas de Gestion / Baleares in 2004, Intranets and Extranets for Design and Engineering from A/E/C Systems in 1998, and Virtual Reality and New Media in Space Planning from A/E/C Systems in 1996. Furthermore, Eduardo has a background in Geographic Information Systems from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.
