Apple Roofing is seeking Roofing Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. He/she will understand quality control and instruct subcontractors in regards to tasks that need to be completed, ensuring all workmanship is done to our high standards. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify opportunities
  • Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Maintain customer database
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Attend company trainings
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
